Book 7 Spoiler

Book 7 Spoiler

Long After Everyone Else Has Finished And Moved On...

I finished Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince yesterday. Books like that are dangerous things. They inspire you to forgo all other activities, such as work, sleep, and drawing comics, and just spend two solid days reading. It's not so much that it's good (though it is) as it is a quick read. The action is very fast paced, and there's rarely a point where you get lost or bored. As a result, now that I'm done, I feel kind of empty. I should read another book, possibly one where all the words aren't made up or bad latin.

School is coming up soon, and I'm contemplating trying to sieze power at the Wine Shop (my night job) to help me cover living expenses, rather than take another job. It would mean being just as busy and overworked as I am now, but possibly more stable. Who knows at this point?

A friend pointed this out to me, where you can find Belphegor T-shirts. The original block printing, not my version. Yet. Actually, seeing this has me thinking about designs. It may be a while before I get it together, with school and all, but they are coming. Like a hurricane. Of awesome.

Speaking of hurricanes of awesome, check out this little ditty. Unlike Miracle Man, I think this one is for real. Even more interesting is seeing Lavar Burton of Reading Rainbow cuss like a sailor. Reality involving celebrities makes me giggle.

In the vein of the Busycle, here's another Boston-based event that promotes non-fossil fuel transportation. So when we run out of oil, a fact which America is slowly wising up to, you know where to find me. Streaking through the crumbling streets of the urban wasteland, naked as the day I was pushed out and peddling madly, cackling like the Wicked Witch of the West. But I'll be bringing produce to orphans, so no throwing things at me. Unless you hate orphans.
