The Truth is More Frightening...

The Dare Beer is a concept devised by one of my best friends. He has had the same can of Ice House in his car for over a year. Through freezing winters. Through blistering heat. This unopened can of Ice House has stayed untouched, but god only knows what chemical horrors have occured beneath that aluminum shell. And when someone is challenged, when they NEED to throw off the shackles of mediocrity and do the implausible, that is the ultimatum. I DARE you. If you fail, you have to drink the DARE BEER.

The sheer psychological force of the Dare Beer is evident in that the beer remains, to this day, unopened and undrunk. I imagine the day it is opened, God Himself will come down from the heavens to watch the poor sap who must imbibe its toxic contents.

So thanks for sticking with me, folks. My computer equipment suffers greatly from being constantly (and apparently haphazardly) thrown into and taken out of my courier bag. I work a few jobs, and always bring my gear with me, as there will be weeks where I am only home to sleep. As a result, said equipment endures an enormous amount of stress, and will often be taken beyond the breaking point. This happened to my tablet a week ago. The wire has frayed and no longer makes a circuit. My saintly mother mailed me her super DUPER tablet, a Nexus Six, as it were, compared to my lowly laboring model. I have named it Roy.
